Watershed Management and Restoration
According to the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, watershed management is the continuous process of creating and implementing plans, programs, and projects with partners using a multi-disciplinary and adaptive approach to sustain and enhance natural watersheds. The goal of U.S. assistance in Afghanistan is to increase farm incomes.
