U.S. Agency for International Development
USAID/OFDA have provided funding in Latin America and the Caribbean largely focused on humanitarian aid in response to recent tropical storms and hurricanes which effected Costa Rica, Haiti, Jamaica, and the Dominican Republic. Also detailed are Chile's volcano early warning system, and land management practices in Chile.
