The purpose of this technical component of the Basic Village Services (BVS) training course is to provide participants an opportunity to improve their skills in designing, implementing, and maintaining local public water supply and wastewater systems. Planning, construction, and maintenance of these systems is the primary theme. This set of trainer guidelines is intended to be used by the trainers who will conduct the training. It is NOT a guide for participants.
