This report is intended to furnish an assessment of the Lowland Fish in the Fleuve region of Senegal. During the Februray Culture program (685-0240) of seven Peace 21 to March 3 -:consultation, the consultant visited the sites Corps Volunteers and Senegalese counterparts In addition to discussing the present status and future possibilities of the project with Eaux et Forts, FAED, Peace Corps and USAID. The report provides a general outline of the present status of the project in addition to an analysis of its economic term of responsibilities feasibility. Finally, project expanse on is outlined in and roles of each organization involved.
