Pro-feasibility report identifying at least 6000 hectares of irrigable land with systems requiring rehabilitation. The areas to be screened from a list of priority projects has provided to the contractor from USAID and the Government of Haiti. This report concerns on the Task C portion of the contract and includes separate possible projects that were rated from "A" to "D". The ratings were established after field investigation concerning availability of irrigation water, soil, motivation of inhabitants, and land ownership patterns.
