A proposal request for conducting the Brackish Water Fisheries Production Program, a program intended to assist the government of Indonesia to increase brackish water/inland fisheries production in seven kabupatens in the provinces of Aceh and North Sumatra and the creation of infrastructure base upon which the fisheries expansion can take place.
