The Final Report as submitted herein is a refinement of the Interim Report and the Addendum to the Interim Report. The Interim Report dated 16 June was 1975 to provide for early review by LWUA, the Water District and the Asian Development Bank of the findings and early action guidelines to upgrade the water supply and service to the District consumers. The Interim Report covered the first 9 Chapters and the addendum included refinements to the Interim Plan and the cost minimization studies; economic and financial feasibility analyses.
