Association of Public Health Laboratories
Public health labs can't afford any downtime. When a lab director leaves, a new leader must come in to fill the role as seamlessly as possible. These leaders must be experienced, fit well with the lab and be able to quickly adapt to a new environment. Whether you're an incoming lab director, part of the lab leadership team that works with the director, or the state health official or deputy performing recruitment and hiring, you can use these tools throughout the transition.
