From 2-11 October 1989, WASH conducted a workshop on Supervision and Management for Beninese and American supervisors working for the USAID Rural Water and Sanitation Project. The workshop took place at Abomey where the project is headquartered. The training was facilitated by two consultants whose special ties are supervision/training and community participation/health education. Participants included provincial supervisors, district medical officers, representatives from the Hydraulics Service and Health and Social Affairs, Peace Ccros Volunteers (PCVs), UNICEF staff, and project technical assistants.
