Red tides, especially of the dinoflagellate Pyrodinium bahamense var. compressa have been increasing in frequency and ha, q been spreading around the central Indo Pacific region. This special bibliography was prepared in response to the information needs of scientists and researchers working on red tides in this region. It was alsc intended as an ICLARM contribution to the Management and Training Workshop or Pyrodinium Red Tides in Brunei Darussalam, 23-30 May 1989.
