The findings of this report identify that the Government of the Central African Republic should: negotiate new NGO subprojects as turnkey subprojects to be implemented under governmental guidelines, execute the most urgent subprojects as soon as possible, continue to define priority action zones, identify necessary subprojects, and assign an engineer to work full time in the Bureau.
