The objective of the Irrigation Engineering Consultancy is to provide technical assistance for the Commercial Agricultural Production and Marketing (CAPM) team, as well as, the Swaziland Ministry of Agriculture and Cooperatives (MOAC) in the rehabilitation of irrigation schemes, training of garmers in the use of specific irrigation systems and in general irrigation practices, and in developing a priority list of potential irrigation rehabilitation objectives for the future.
