An executive summary on a feasibility report on a Irbid municipal water distribution, sewerage, storm drainage and solid waste disposal project. In May, 1979, the National Planning Council of Jordan, through its executing agency, the Ministry of Municipal, Rural and Environmental Affairs, gave authority to proceed with the feasibility and preliminary engineering phase of this project. The objective of this feasibility study was to investigate the technical and economic feasibility of constructing four types of municipal services for the Irbid Town Plan area.
