This document describes a feasibility study for a research methodology which analyzes the impact of new or improved water supplies in developing counters. This study develops the research methods to evaluate the specific role of water in diarrheal disease among children. It provides development practitioners with guidelines for how to prioritize multiples sites and compare the benefits of water supply projects.
