This document amends the Fishery Management Plan for the Traditional Kingfish Fishery in the Sultanate of Oman to include sections on the measures recommended to attain the management objectives, the rationale for choosing the proposed management measures from among the alternatives considered, and a discussion of the net benefits to be obtained from implementing the measures.
