International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials
With an increase in the number of installations of geothermal systems, a more robust understanding of how the systems work, proper installation, and the code requirements governing those installations is required. This seminar provides attendees a basic overview of how these systems function and how they should be installed. A special focus will be placed on the requirements in the Uniform Mechanical Code and the IAPMO Green Plumbing and Mechanical Supplement aimed at maintaining the proper system performance and the health and safety of occupants impacted by the system.
