Thirty-one engineers participated in a small-hydropower training course, "Hydrology for Small-Hydropower Generation," held in Manila, Philippines, October 28- November 10, at the Hyatt Regency of Manila. The course was funded by the Office of Energy of the U.S. Agency for International Development through its Cooperative Agreement with NRECA in small hydropower under the Small Decentralized Hydropower Program, which organized this course.
