The purpose of this report is to show the area of land under irrigation on EWUP study case sites in Abyuha (EI-Minya Governorate) and Abu Raya (Kafr el-Sheikh Governorate). The data are divided into periods of 15 days. Working with the assumption of a winter closure period in the Delta running from January 15 to February 15, and in Upper Egypt from January 1 to January 31, these periods were eliminated from the analysis. Data for the study were abstracted from Farm Record books for 1979-1980 and for 1980-1981.
