ISM-II is designed to improve operation of irrigation systems bysupporting development of the institutions responsible for system management, namely, the four Provincial Irrigation Departments (PIDs) and the Federal Coordination Cell. As in the initial Plan of Work, this revision will focus on the six project components described-in the project paper.
