This publication is one of five working papers that evaluates fisheries development projects in West Africa. This particular paper evaluates the purse seine/trawler construction project in Ghana, and compares the financial data obtained from the operations of the 10 vessels that were constructed by the project with the estimates made during the appraisal of the project.
