The main objective of the Southern Africa Transport and Communications Commission is to reduce the economic dependence on the Republic of South Africa. The 10-year Develop Plan is presented in this report and includes descriptions of technical and physical assets, a traffic forecast, a development plan and detailed project descriptions.
