This is the second semi-annual report concerning the activities of the Auburn University Contract, Task Order No. 8, Contract AID/csd-2270. Project objectives, status of project upon arrival and progress in the first six months of the contract can be found in the first semi-annual report submitted by the author on December 16, 1972.
