The St. Anne Parish suffers from poor environmental management, lack of water and sewerage services to critical areas, and lack of sufficient resources to adequately maintain the infrastructure. These problems threaten public health, diminish water supplies and adversely impact water quality. This proposal addresses these problems by creating a non-profit organization to manage water and sewerage services in St. Anne Parish and conduct environmental monitoring for the Parish's watersheds and aquifers.
