This report provides an overview of a 1980 assessment visit to Rural Water Supply projects implemented by CARE through an Operational Program Grant from USAID/Haiti. The document includes an overview of CARE's programs in rural water supply, comments and recommendations for the CARE/AID potable water program, an overview of the La Gonave Potable Water Program and a suggestion for AID/Haiti's Rural Potable Water Program.
