Realizing the difficulties encountered by the CECAF Working Party on Resources Evaluation and the ad hoc Working Groups in evaluating the major fish stocks in the northern zone of the CECAF area, Spain, at the Fifth Session of the CECAF offered to assign a technician to record the activities of the fleet based in la Palamas as voluntary contribution to the project.
