The purpose of this review is to provide decision makers in the Government of Tunisia and USAID/RHUDO with a review of the PPES program progress since its inception. This review focuses on activities since June 1995, which was the date of the second annual review. The third annual program reveiw took place from May 29 to June 22, 1996. The baseline for this review was the PPES Policy Action and Cooperation Timetable, which provides a list of activities and benchmarks to be carried out by various organizations under the guyidance of several governmental agencies and ministries.
