At the end of this program, the Project Operations Committee on November 13th 1990 chaired by the RPM requested that the training coordinator remain with the MARD Project for an additional 12 months as overall Systems Training Coordinator. Later, this period was extended up to the Project Assistance Completion date (PACD).
