This report covers a conference based on the transfer of water resource knowledge. The diversified papers in this volume are indicative of the concern for the transfer of knowledge. The conference opened with a two-fold approach to aspects of transfer; the transfer of knowledge from developed to developing countries and the transfer of knowledge from research to practice.
