A Project: Recognizing that better water management could lead to increased agricultural production in a large portion of the developing countries, solutions to the water management problem were sought by a consortium of universities, solutions that could be transferable between countries with arid and sub-humid lands. Colorado State University studied water management principles in Pakistan and Vietnam, under the sponsorship of aid.
