The primary focus of this Feasibility Assessment (FA) will be the remediation and beneficial use of Area 1 (Landfill) and Area 2 (Pit). The remaining areas will be the subject of future reports. Based upon available information, this FA provides background and other information about existing conditions at Areas 1 and 2. The FA describes area remediation alternatives and evaluates these alternatives against established criteria. This FA concludes with a recommendation for pursuing a subset of alternatives for both remediation and beneficial end use. The appendices provide supplementary information and data.
