Project Grant Agreement Between the Republic of Cape Verde and the United States of America for Irrigation Investigations and Training (Tarrafal Region)
The project, which is further described in Annex 1, will consist of investigations of the availability and method of utilization of ground and surface water in the Tarrafal region of Sao Tiago Island, preliminary to establishing an expanded integrated irrigation system.
