A request for technical assistance for the design and implementation of a pre-implementation workshop for the Benin Rural Water Supply and Sanitation Project was issued for January 1987 by the USAID Mission in Lome to the Water and Sanitation for Health (WASH) Project. This report describes the background, planning, implementation, and results of the workshop which took place April 8-10, 1987.
