Project to plan and organize a Collaborative Research Support Program (CRSP) in fisheries and aquaculture. The Consortium for International Fisheries and Aquaculture Development (led by Oregon State University) will, in cooperation with Auburn University and the University of California at Davis, conduct a state-of-the-art study of constraints on aquaculture and fish production in LDC's, visit LDC's to select potential collaborating institutions; and prepare a CRSP proposal.
