Draft Generic Scopes of Work for Interim Evaluations of Research/Extension Projects and Major Surface Water Irrigation Projects
The purpose of this report is the increased use of economically and ecologically viable improved food production systems and technologies, capable of providing a food surplus, through an integrated research/extension program capable of evolving and disseminating practices suited to existing small farm conditions.
