The fourth report regarding the development of a 7 hectare groundwater demonstration plot in Pukdale village, kabupaten Kupang, NIT. The demonstration plot was established in early 1985. Since April of that year the consultant has been monitoring the activities of the depot farmers and of the implementing agency, P2AT. Farmers have produced two dry season irrigated crops.
