Financing Sustainable Water is an initiative of the Alliance for Water Efficiency. It was created to provide practical information to guide utilities from development through implementation of rate structures that balance revenue management, resource efficiency and fiscal sustainability. It brings together in one destination the latest thinking, research and resources that can help utilities navigate the challenges of cover the costs of water treatment, delivery, and infrastructure repair and replacement through water rates while encouraging much-needed conservation programs. It also provides specific guidance and information for finance managers, conservation coordinators, elected officials, and other stakeholders.
